Function Room Hire
Leigh Cricket, Tennis and Bowling Club has two rooms that are available for hire. Some pictures of the rooms are shown below but please feel free to call in and ask to view the facilities if you are in the area (our location can be found by clicking here ). Please ask about catering facilities when making enquiries about room hire.
• The Pennington Room
The Pennington Room, the larger of the two, is housed in the original clubhouse and was refurbished at the start of the millennium. Holding upto 130 people and a firm favourite according to recent customer satisfaction surveys, it features a wooden dance floor/presentation area, sound system facilities, programmable lighting system with coloured disco spots, air conditioning unit, a hatch area into an adjacent fully equipped kitchen, and its own bar. The Pennington Room is, therefore, the appropriate choice for a large presentation or for those holding a major birthday celebration, wedding or anniversary, christening party, or funeral gathering.
• The Pavillion Suite
At about the same time that the bar and function room were refurbished, the club's modern cricket pavillion took shape and it houses a room where the players take tea during matches. This room, therefore, will comfortably contain about 30 people and is ideal for smaller gatherings such as meetings for local businesses and societies. As with the Pennington Room, the Pavillion Suite is served by an adjacent fully equipped kitchen.

within 5 days of a provisional booking being placed.
For 18th and 21st Birthdays you are required to deposit a bond (i.e. a cheque) of £200.00. The bond is refundable on the night unless the function is cancelled less than 28 days before the event or the Property / Premises are damaged
There will be an additional charge of £40 if self catering
No refunds will be made.
